Give every agent a review page with your firm's name on it
See which agent earned which review, ask the moment a transaction closes, and keep the office profile in order between instructions.
What buyers and sellers write about
A property transaction is the largest thing most people ever do with a stranger. The reviews are about trust, not listings.
Whether the agent called back
Unreturned calls and messages during a live transaction generate more angry reviews in this industry than price ever does.
Whether they were told the truth
A condition not disclosed, a fee mentioned late, a valuation talked up to win the listing. Reviewers name these in detail years later.
Whether the agent knew the area
Buyers judge an agent on schools, commutes and what a street is actually like. Local knowledge is the credibility test.
Whether the paperwork was handled
Closings slip on documents, not on price. Reviews that praise a smooth completion are the ones that win the next instruction.
Credibility you can collect and keep
Agent-level review collection, branded pages that look like your firm, and a Google profile that stays current between listings.
Branded review landing pages
Review pages in your firm's colours and logo, so the last step of a transaction still looks like you rather than a generic form.
Per-agent branded links
A short, clean link an agent can put in an email signature or send after a completion, tracked so you can see what each one produced.
NFC cards and QR codes
Tap cards for the office desk and printable codes for viewing packs and completion folders, for clients who never click a link.
Review requests after completion
Branded email requests to your client list once a transaction closes, with one automated follow-up for anyone who did not respond.
AI replies in your firm's voice
A drafted reply for every review, grounded in your own fee and process wording through the knowledge base.
Agent and office sentiment
Sentiment analysis surfaces which agents are being named and for what, so praise and problems both reach the person who runs the office.

Before you decide
The things this industry asks us most, answered plainly.
Can each agent collect reviews under their own name?
Each agent can have their own branded review page and short link, so you can see which agent produced which reviews. The reviews themselves land on the office's Google Business Profile, because that is where Google keeps them.
Does this track where my office ranks in local search?
No. flyclicks.io does not do map rank tracking or geo-grid reporting. What it does is keep your Google Business Profile complete and current and give you a health score for it, plus the reviews and replies that profile carries.
When is the right moment to ask a client for a review?
Right after completion, while the relief is fresh. Requests can go out on a delay you set after a transaction closes, with one polite follow-up that stops automatically once the client responds.
Clients check your reviews before they call the office.
Ask every completed client while the goodwill is fresh, and give each agent a page that carries your firm's name properly.
