1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information you provide directly: name, work email, business name, and password (or your Google account identifier, if you sign in with Google).
• Google Business Profile data accessed through Google's official APIs after you connect your account: business/location details, reviews and star ratings, reviewer names and profile photos as supplied by Google, and Google Posts.
• Review and customer-response data generated by using the platform: AI-drafted and published replies, automation rule configurations, and approval history.
• Review collection data if you run review-request campaigns: recipient contact details you upload (name, email), and engagement data (link clicks, QR/NFC scans).
• Billing information processed by our payment providers, Stripe and Razorpay. We do not store full card or bank account numbers ourselves.
• Usage and log data: device/browser information, IP address, and in-app activity needed for security, debugging, and the audit trail described below.
• Integration data you choose to connect, such as CRM contact data if you link HubSpot, or messages sent through a Slack/Discord webhook you configure.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Sync and display your Google Business Profile data and reviews;
• Generate AI-drafted review replies and Google Business optimization suggestions;
• Run the automation rules and approval workflows you configure;
• Send the notifications you've enabled (email, Slack, Discord, webhooks);
• Operate review collection campaigns you launch (short links, QR codes, NFC, email);
• Produce analytics, health scores, and exportable reports;
• Process subscription billing through Stripe or Razorpay;
• Provide customer support and secure the platform, including maintaining the audit trail; and
• Improve the product and diagnose issues.

3. AI Processing of Your Data

To draft review replies and generate optimization or business-consultant suggestions, review content and relevant business context are sent to the AI provider configured for your account (we support Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini). This processing is used only to generate the requested output for your account — it is not used to train the underlying foundation models. AI-drafted replies pass through configurable guardrails before publication, and you can require human approval for any or all replies.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms: Google (Business Profile API), our configured AI provider, Stripe and Razorpay (billing), email delivery providers or your own SMTP server (for campaigns and notifications), HubSpot (only if you connect it), and our infrastructure/hosting providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of flyclicks.io, our customers, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and review data for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or audit obligations and to resolve disputes. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 6.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can export or delete most account data directly from your dashboard settings, or contact us at support@flyclicks.io to make a request. 7. Data Security

We use TLS in transit and AES-256 encryption for tokens and secrets at rest, OAuth 2.0 for Google authentication, role-based access controls, per-organization data isolation, and a full audit trail. See our Security page for more detail.

8. Cookies

Our website and dashboard use cookies for authentication and basic analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details and your choices.

9. Children's Privacy

flyclicks.io is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify account owners by email.
