1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using flyclicks.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Service Description

flyclicks.io is an AI-powered platform for managing Google Business Profile reviews and reputation: AI-drafted review replies, automation rules and approval workflows, Google Business optimization tools, Google Posts, review collection campaigns, analytics, and (on applicable plans) white-label client portals, API access, and enterprise SSO. Some features shown on our website — including local rank tracking and competitor benchmarking — are on our roadmap and not yet available; we label these clearly as "Coming Soon" and do not bill for them until they ship.

3. Accounts and Google Authorization

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. To use most features, you must authorize flyclicks.io to access your Google Business Profile via Google's official OAuth flow. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or from within your flyclicks.io dashboard.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe or Razorpay. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to publish false, defamatory, or deceptive review replies;
• Attempt to circumvent Google's policies on reviews, ratings, or automated content;
• Upload contact lists for review-request campaigns without a lawful basis to contact those people;
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or use the platform to build a competing product without our consent; or
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

AI-drafted replies are a starting point. You remain responsible for any reply that is published to your Google Business Profile, whether published automatically under rules you configured or after manual approval.

6. Service Availability

We work to keep flyclicks.io reliable and available, and monitor uptime for our own operational purposes. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee or service credits on our standard plans; a specific uptime commitment is available only where agreed in a signed Enterprise order form. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.

7. Intellectual Property

flyclicks.io and its underlying technology are our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of your business data, review content, and any brand-voice or knowledge-base material you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in these terms or a signed order form. To the maximum extent permitted by law, flyclicks.io will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the platform and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify account owners by email.
