Answer every guest review without reading every guest review
Post-stay email requests to your guest list, drafted replies in the voice you set, and a health check on every property's Google profile.
What guests write about
A hotel review is a stay recounted hour by hour. The same four subjects come up whether the room cost forty or four hundred.
Whether the room was properly clean
Bathrooms, linen and the state of the carpet decide more ratings than the décor does. One missed room becomes a photo in a review.
How check-in and check-out went
A queue at the desk at 3pm, a room not ready, a bill argued over at 11am — the two ends of the stay carry a disproportionate share of the review.
Whether they actually slept
Corridor noise, thin walls, an air-conditioning unit that rattles. Sleep complaints are specific, repeatable and usually tied to particular rooms.
How fast someone responded
Guests forgive a fault they saw fixed. What they write about is the request that was made twice and never answered.
A human in the loop for the ones that matter
Handle the routine automatically, escalate the serious ones, and report on the whole property portfolio in one place.
Auto-reply, hold or escalate
Rules decide what publishes on its own and what waits for a duty manager, so a difficult review never goes out on autopilot.
AI replies in your property voice
Every review gets a draft in the tone you set, grounded in your own service and refund policies through the knowledge base.
Complaint categorisation
Sentiment analysis sorts reviews into themes so a cleanliness run at one property is visible before it moves the rating.
Post-stay email requests
Branded review requests to your guest list after checkout, with one automated follow-up for anyone who did not respond.
Executive PDF reporting
Branded reports per property or across the group, scheduled for the owners and general managers who do not log in.
Profile health per property
A health score for each property's Google Business Profile flags stale amenities, wrong hours and thin photo sets.

Before you decide
The things this industry asks us most, answered plainly.
Which review sources does this cover?
Google only. flyclicks.io connects to your Google Business Profile and works with the reviews and profile data Google exposes. It does not read, reply to or import reviews from booking sites or travel review platforms.
Will a bad review get an automated reply before anyone sees it?
Only if you set it up that way. The default pattern for hospitality is to let routine positive replies publish automatically and hold anything below a rating you choose in an approval queue for the duty manager.
Can each property see only its own reviews?
Yes. Role-based permissions scope a user to the properties they run, while a group view rolls everything up for the people looking after the portfolio.
Every stay ends with a review you did not write.
Answer the routine ones automatically, get the serious ones in front of a manager the same day, and report the whole portfolio in one place.
