Improve Your Reputation

Answer every review, in your voice, before it goes cold

A reputation is built by replying — quickly, consistently, and in a tone that sounds like you. flyclicks.io drafts the reply the moment a review lands, holds it to your rules, and puts a person in the loop exactly where you want one.

Why this is hard

What usually gets in the way

The goal is simple to state and stubborn to reach. These are the three things that stall it most often.

Replies arrive too late, or never

Reviews land at all hours and answering them is nobody's actual job. The queue grows, the oldest ones get abandoned, and the silence is public.

Tone is hard when you are annoyed

An unfair one-star review is the worst possible moment to write in public. Defensive replies do more damage than the review they answer.

Everyone sounds like a different company

When four people reply across three locations, the voice drifts. Customers reading your profile see inconsistency before they see care.

How it works

From a new review to a published reply

Automatic where it is safe, human where it matters.

  1. Review lands

Synced from your Google Business Profile as soon as it is posted.

  2. AI drafts a reply

Written in your configured brand voice, referencing what the customer actually said.

  3. Guardrails check it

Banned phrases, forbidden claims and anything off-policy are caught before a human ever sees it.

  4. Approve or auto-publish

Your automation rules decide: queue it for approval, or publish it straight away.

  5. Published, or escalated

The reply goes live on Google — and the sensitive ones get routed to a person instead, with a notification.

What you get

Speed you can automate, control you keep

Every part of the reply pipeline is something you configure rather than something that happens to you.

AI replies in your brand voice

Set the tone, formality, sign-off and the things you always want mentioned. Drafts come back sounding like your business, not like a template.

Guardrails

Block phrases you never want published, forbid claims you cannot stand behind, and keep replies inside the boundaries you set once.

Approval queue

Every draft waits for a human until you decide otherwise. Read, edit, approve or reject — with the review beside the reply.

Automation rules

Auto-publish four and five-star replies while holding everything below for review, or split rules by location, rating or keyword.

Escalation

Route the reviews that need a person — low ratings, specific complaint keywords, named staff — to the right owner instead of an automated answer.

Notifications

Alerts when a review needs attention, when a draft is waiting on you, and when something has been sitting too long.

Per-location settings

Different branches can carry different voices, approvers and thresholds without running separate accounts.

Response-time reporting

See how quickly reviews are actually being answered, and where the backlog is building, before customers notice it.

What the reply dashboard shows you

Coverage, speed and how much of the queue a human touched.

Sample figures shown to illustrate the dashboard layout. They are not customer results and are not a promise about your rating — a reply pipeline controls how fast and how consistently you answer, not what customers choose to write.

Questions

Before you decide

The things people ask us most about this, answered plainly.

Will AI post replies without me seeing them?

Only if you switch that on. Out of the box every draft waits in the approval queue, and auto-publish is a rule you write yourself once you have read enough drafts to trust the wording.

What stops it writing something embarrassing?

Guardrails run on every draft: phrases you have banned, claims you have forbidden, and anything outside your configured tone are caught before publication. Anything that trips a rule goes to a person rather than to Google.

Can I edit a draft instead of rejecting it?

Yes. The queue is an editor, not a yes-or-no gate. Edit the wording, publish it, and the change informs how future drafts for that location read.

What happens with a serious complaint?

Escalation rules pull it out of the automated path entirely and notify the owner you nominate. Some reviews should be answered by a human who can actually fix the problem, and the product is built to admit that.

Reply like you mean it — at the speed reviews arrive.

Draft in your voice, hold it to your rules, approve what matters, and escalate what should never have been automated in the first place.
