Manage Multiple Locations

Run every location's reputation from one screen

Twelve locations should not mean twelve logins, twelve spreadsheets and twelve different answers to how things are going. flyclicks.io puts every profile in one dashboard, compares them honestly, and lets you act on all of them at once.

Why this is hard

What usually gets in the way

The goal is simple to state and stubborn to reach. These are the three things that stall it most often.

The work multiplies, the team does not

Every profile needs its own replies, posts and checks. What is a manageable habit at one site becomes a full-time job at fifteen.

The average hides the problem

A healthy group rating can conceal two branches quietly sliding. By the time it shows up in the headline number, it has been happening for months.

Access is all or nothing

Either everyone shares one login and can touch every location, or managers get locked out and stop caring about their own reviews.

How it works

One dashboard, every branch

Connect once, then work at group level and drill down only when something needs you.

  1. Connect every profile

All your Google Business Profile locations linked into a single organisation.

  2. One shared inbox

Every review from every location lands in one queue, filterable by branch, rating or theme.

  3. Benchmark the group

Locations ranked against each other so the outliers surface instead of averaging away.

  4. Act in bulk

Publish posts, apply reply rules and roll out settings across many locations in one action.

  5. Report and delegate

Branded reports for stakeholders, and role-based access so each manager owns their own site.

What you get

Built for more than one address

The features that stop scale from turning into administration.

Cross-location benchmarking

Rank every branch on rating, review volume, sentiment and response time, so the leaders and the stragglers are both obvious.

Bulk actions

Schedule a Post to forty profiles, apply an automation rule group-wide, or push a settings change once instead of forty times.

Centralised review inbox

One queue for every location, with filters by branch, rating, keyword and status — and no logging in and out.

Per-location analytics

The full sentiment, theme and response-time analysis for a single site, so a manager sees their own reality rather than the group average.

Group and region views

Roll locations up into the groupings you actually run — region, brand, franchisee — and report at that level.

Branded reports

Scheduled reports carrying your logo and colours, for the owner, the board or the franchise partner who wants a monthly summary.

Role-based access

Give a location manager their own branch and nothing else, keep approval rights with the people who should have them.

Per-location brand voice

Different sites can carry different reply tones, approvers and thresholds without splitting into separate accounts.

What the group dashboard shows you

The whole estate at a glance, with the outliers called out.

Questions

Before you decide

The things people ask us most about this, answered plainly.

Is there a limit on how many locations I can connect?

Location count is what the plans are sized by rather than a hard ceiling — see the pricing page for the tiers, and talk to us if your estate is larger than the largest one listed.

Can a branch manager see other branches?

Only if you let them. Role-based access ties a user to the locations you assign, so a manager sees and answers their own reviews while group-level reporting stays with the people who own it.

Do bulk actions publish everywhere without review?

You choose the locations a bulk action applies to before it runs, and the same approval rules still apply. Bulk is about removing repetition, not about removing the check.

Can I report on one region rather than the whole group?

Yes. Locations roll up into the groupings you define — region, brand or franchisee — and reports can be scheduled at that level with your own branding on them.

One dashboard beats twelve logins.

Bring every location into one place, see which sites need help before the average hides them, and act across all of them in a single move.
